Our building is 1 story with a large overhead door opening to the street. Our ceilings are 12 ft high, and the building is 25ft x 100ft. The front room is a white box and the middle room is a black box. We have 3 phase electricity with 200 amps.
We offer the space for rent, as well as many professional services.

Both rooms lock-out are $150 per hour, minimum 10 hours. (SALE PRICE IS $75 PER HR)
